In the practice-oriented dimension and theoretical and methodological level, digital transformation is
realized in two manifestations:
• internal-external (the use of digital technologies within the educational system as a result of the
evolution of the system itself or as a consequence of the imposition of economic, infrastructural,
or cultural realities);
• horizontal-vertical (implementation of digital technologies by the participants of the educational
process by agreement or by instructions or recommendations of management or public opinion).
