El uso de las TICS en la enseñanza y difusión de la tartamudez

Stuttering is rather an unknown speech disorder. In Spanish literature, programs and activities related to this issue are insufficient. Since 1998, a specific project has been providing assistance to stutters and their families as a way to spread information about this particular disorder and to train professionals in this area. This project has allowed the application of different speech strategies based on ICT. The sooner these strategies are implemented, the more options and advantages project users will encounter in the near future. At the moment, educational and communicational pros and cons, related to technological supports, are being discussed.
