Open Access Policy

This journal is open access. The open-access model allows academic publishing so that anyone in the world can access the full text of research articles in the best interests of the scientific community. The main advantage of this approach is to help researchers living in many developing countries easily access cutting-edge technological advancements that would benefit the global economy.

We are committed to providing instant access to the full text of research articles without requiring a subscription to the journal where the articles are published. Therefore, anyone, based on the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, may copy, use, redistribute, transmit/display the work publicly, and distribute derivative works as long as the authors are cited. In other words, authors can retain the copyright of their articles.

The scientific community debates the quality of open-access publications; however, many current and highly cited articles are published through open-access journals, and the growing trend also shows that many open-access publications have successfully received indexing.
