Abstract

¡Nowadays, society is characterized by its complexity because of the interdependence generated between ideology, technology, economy, workplace, globalization, among others. Educational organizations should seek changes in its organizational culture tied to effective actions as the mainstreaming gender, learning styles, leadership models, mediation and assessment systems. It is relevant to make a thorough analysis of cultural barriers, institutions, attitudes and skills related to the Information and Communication Technology. The goals are: (a) to analyse the college student’s attitudes towards technology in educational organizations (b) to identify the organizational leadership models together with their learning styles (c) to selfevaluate the gender, technology as a mediator element in discussions for learning to manage emotions, thoughts and effective activities. The sample was constituted by 169 university students: 83, 05% female and 18, 6% males. It was applied the survey Gender Differences and Learning Styles regarding to Technology and Motivation.
