Evaluation Process

The submitted works will undergo a peer review process, which consists of the evaluation of both the content and formal aspects by specialized professionals.

The articles submitted by the authors are initially reviewed by the publication editor, in light of the journal's editorial policy and the requirements set forth in the author guidelines.

Document similarity verification is performed using Turnitin Similarity Check software. If an article does not pass this initial review, it will be returned to the authors for adjustments and resubmission.

If the Turnitin Similarity Check report determines that the document is not similar, the editor sends it to an evaluator who is an expert in the subject area.

Double-blind evaluation.

The document is sent to two evaluators without the authors' names. The author(s) will not know the names of the evaluators either. The evaluators record their assessment in an evaluation form provided by the journal [See form].

Once the evaluation process is complete, the evaluators send their feedback to the journal editor.

Once a favorable or unfavorable decision is received from the reviewers, it will be communicated to the authors, who must address the observations or suggestions for the article's publication within the time indicated by the editor.

If the document requires modifications, the editor will send the report to the author and request the changes. Once the author makes the suggested changes, they must send it back to the editor, who will then send the revised document to the evaluator who requested the adjustments.

After completing this process, the editor will determine whether the article will be published or not.

If the document is rejected, the manuscript will be withdrawn and may not be resubmitted to the journal.
