Educational models have undergone significant changes resulting from the massification of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). However, we need to approach a learning model that best suits students, taking into account their knowledge level and learning pace. The objective of this research was todevelop an Adaptive Hypermedia System (AHS) to provide support for the blended educational model, adapting the subject content to each student’s profile. This was achieved by combining a learning model and software architecture based on intelligent agents. The research followed the principles of the Action Research Methodology. Results show 87.5% of the users agreed the system. We conclude the feasibility of the AHS as an alternative for implementing systems that support the educational process.
