Abstract

The incorporation of software to educational field has resulted in a thorough search in building applications that support the
teaching-learning process, which in turn allows the creation of tools that are easy to transport and adapt to the characteristics
of the classroom or working group, the same way the introduction of Virtual Learning Environments (EVA) systems teachings
of Venezuelan universities created a new space for the exploration and construction of tools that enhance the educational activity. The University Romulo Gallegos, has incorporated the Virtual Environment Learning Moodle, which provides a set of tools for the development of academic activities, such as SCORM, which is based on this investigation, which through the documentary collection structure a manual with which teachers are able to develop and implement SCORM packages into their teaching activities in the Virtual Environment Learning Willing by the University.
