In this scientific production we propose the urgency of moving forward with other Latin American countries, it is necessary to open the debate on the importance of ICT. The objective was to reflect the need for a positive attitude on the part of the teaching staff to assume the ICT in the educational processes. It is a qualitative field-descriptive study, under a participatory action research approach. Results it was established that stimulation by the authorities towards teachers is needed. We conclude that the challenge of teachers today is to keep up to date with these tools.
