It is proposed corporate intranet as a distribution channel to facilitate the manager’s access to the education module developed the in Moodle platform. Implications are discussed for management training based on the development of metacognitive strategies and processes of self regulation in problem-solving and decision making, using the Information and Communication Technologies. COLLES interviews and ATTLS are the two instruments applied to assess the course. Similarly, evaluation of the instructional system designed was done by the expert criteria that validated the underlying pedagogical, communicational and technological model.
