USO DE LAS TIC PARA LA ENSEÑANZA DE LA ASIGNATURA ESTADÍSTICA APLICADA A LA EDUCACIÓN EN LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE CARABOBO

The purpose of this investigation was to analyze the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT’s) in the education of Statistic Applied to the Education, at the Faculty of Sciences of the Education of the University of Carabobo, from Cabero’s (2007) perspective. It is a descriptive research, framed within a nonexperimental transactional design. The population was constituted by twenty-two (22) teachers; and the sample by eleven (11) professors to whom a Likert survey was applied. Validity of the instrument was determined by triangulation of experts and Reliability by the use of Alpha of Cronbach, whose index was of 0, 90. Results showed that Statistical Packages are most used by several teachers; however they do not focus on the use of the Hardware and the Internet hardware. Thus, it is recommended to keep on ma- king use of Statistical Packages to incorporate the use of Hardware and online Tools.
