Use of technological educational resources in times of COVID-19

My objective is to disseminate reflections on the perception of representatives, teachers and students, regarding the use of technological educational resources in times of COVID19. I obtained the information through a questionnaire of 20 open questions, sent by mail, conversations, WhatsApp messages, social networks. The research has an interpretive phenomenological perspective. Ethnographic method. I did the analysis grouping significant words and texts to form categories. I found: low preparation in teachers, representatives and students, in the use of ITIC, as well as the absence of an adequate technological and communicational structure, difficulties in accessing equipment for ED. Few use of social networks to study.
